Program & Activities

While at Camp participants will engage with a variety of activities to provide opportunities to move their bodies, express their thoughts, and learn! All campers will be able to engage in all activities while at camp.

All sessions at camp look very similar with access to all programming. There will be slight variations as to make camp fun for those people who come for multiple sessions throughout the summer.

Arts & Crafts

Arts & Crafts have a great ability to allow participants to express themselves without words. They are able to create something they are proud of. Arts and Crafts can also be a great sensory experience for our participants in they choose to engage with the material that way.

Our Arts & Crafts programming is focused on the process of creating rather than the product at the end. We encourage all participants to try something new and have fun with whatever they are creating!

Swimming

Swimming is a crowd favourite at camp! It is a great way to cool down on a hot summer day. Our swimming pool is accessible through a ramp. We have a lifeguard on duty at all times to ensure the safety of all participants.

Theatre & Dance

Our drama and dance program is a fun way to get to know your fellow campers while expressing yourself! We focus on the process of engaging in drama and dance and do not focus on end products. Our goal is to make everyone feel accomplished, valued, and independent during this program.

Science & Nature

In this program we provide education about the environment. We learn about the different animals and plants in the area and try and find evidence that they were at camp (such as tracks). In this program we provide the opportunity for participants to engage with the natural environment to create a relationship with nature.
